I was given the task to get linux on a touchscreen-system running.
The Problem is that I fail to get the touchscreen running...it
is connected via a com-port to the system.
The intention of all this, to provide a service for our students
based on a HTML-Interface...
This means, I start netscape on the machine and the people can
finger-tip through all available pages.
The touchscreen is from "TruePoint" and the technical manual
says:
"SmartSet touchscreen controller family".
Can anybody help me?
Thanx,
Thomas Niederreiter

XFree86 supports Elographics serial touchscreen in the latest beta
versions. Check if your touchscreen is compatible.
