Any one can explain me what kcore file is and how I can delete it.
I will appreciate it if you send me email or CC: ed to me.
Thanks, Joey

The items in the /proc directory are not disk files (and do not take
up any space on your harddrive), but kernel information.
The 'kcore' file is an image of your physical memory.

You can't delete anything in the /proc hierarchy because none of those
things in there are files. They do not take up space on your disk.
/proc/kcore is the memory image your kernel is running in right now.
