driver for D-link PCMCIA ethernet card DE-650CT

Hi,
I need the driver for this particular network card. Apparently this card
is not identical to DE-650.

Please also advice installatin procedures for both PCMCIA and the
network card drivers. I am still kind of a Linux nohoper.

Also, how can the built-in modem in my notebook be detected. It is using
com3 port on a Twinhead Slimnote 9 notebook. It is a 33.6Kps with voice
modem.

but I plan to buy this card and install it with Linux. If you get some
drivers, information or other usefull stuff, please forward it to me.
