Hi,

I have a slight problem.. All of the computers in my house are connected to
a switch which is then connected to a router which is then connected to the
internet. The problem I'm having is this.. My brother is a heavy kazaa
user. I could simply block all traffic from him to port 1214, but I'd like
a more discreet way, like to loose a few packets going to his compter every
now and then, or to throttle his bandwidth. I also have a linux machine
which I could easily route his connection through, to drop packets or
whatever. Anyone know of a simple way (or difficult way for that matter) of
disrupting certain services without completely disabling them? Thanks in
advance for anyone's help.
