I am looking for the parameter to be place in modules.conf to setup
this nic as 100 Full, and disable auto-neg, but seems cannot find it
anywhere. Is there anyone know what's the paramter to do so?

I am running RH Linx 8 on Dell PowerEdge 2650.

Thanks.

The tg3 module as shipped with vanilla kernel 2.4.24 only has one
parameter, "tg3_debug", which increases the number of debugging messages
the module prints. I think you want to use "mii-tool -F 100baseTx-FD
eth0" in /etc/init.d/boot.local or Redhat's equivalent
(/etc/rc.d/rc.local ?)
