is possible to give user root access levels by giving user id of 0 when
creating them with useradd -o -u0

i want to create a user who keeps root access even after root password
changed..

Peter has put a line like so as the first non-header line in his
followup:

begin 666 your_newsreader_is_broken

...Outhouse Express sees the "begin" on the first line and treats the
message as if it were an attached UU- or Base64-encoded file. This is
just one of the many broken behaviors that Outhouse exhibits. Peter's
trying to convince you to get a Real Newsreader. Please do so, and your
Usenet experience will be a lot better. HTH,

A *much* better idea is to give that user root access through 'sudo'.
Get it, install it, read about it, and configure it instead of trying to
give another user UID 0.

Possible, but probably not a good idea, because then there are two root
passwords. It's better to use sudo.
