mounting of flash usb mp3-player

I have difficulties to mount my new TrekStor i.Beat joy2.0

when I plug the player in, the kernel sais:

a window with the mountpoint opens and i can see the directories.
but writing is not possible...

the kernel errors are not helpful to me....

has anybody any Idea....
