I'm getting the following messages:

The drive is an Intel SSD. Is the problem from the drive or the
motherboard?

Try the cable first, it's cheaper than either of the others.

Seems to have been a poorly connected cable, so the suggestion was
good, even though the cost factor was irrelevant. Thanks.
