Hi,

was anybody lucky with that? I have a JavaStation (Krupps) here and all
I see is a very brief glimpse of a white screen before it reboots.

I use elftoaout on the created arch/sparc/image file this is correct?

Regards,

Konstantin

I don't know about sun hardware, but on x86 systems the kernel is
neither elf nor a.out. "make install" should create the proper file in
the proper location. You might still need to install a boot loader.

The java station is booted over the net. 'make install' is thus of
no use to me and I don't use that on any x86/amd box I have since I like
to know where I put my kernel and can tell lilo how to access this. But
as mentioned this doesn't apply to this hardware.
