DACS 1.4.36 released - authentication/authorization/single sign-on

DSS is pleased to announce DACS version 1.4.36. DACS, a light-weight single
sign-on and role-based security system for Apache and server-based software,
provides comprehensive authentication capabilities, and powerful, transparent
rule-based authorization checking for any web service or CGI program.
It is distributed under an open source license.

This release primarily addresses some very minor bugs and includes
platform and third-party package updates. DACS installations are urged
to upgrade.

The next release of DACS is scheduled for late March, 2016 and will
continue to focus on stability and improvements to the documentation.
