I've been putting together screencasts about various Linux/Unix
related topics over at http://fosscasts.com.

Each episode is a short (under 10 min) and to the point introduction
to a new tool. For instance, the latest episode is an intro to GNU
Screen. Past episodes have ranged from an intro to Apache JMeter, to
general command line tips. A new episode comes out every Friday
morning.
