Should Mozilla, Opera, Apple and many others go ahead and sue Microsoft for
imitation? Or antitrust? Microsoft is above the law, unless the law suits
it.

This is interesting, since to my knowledge, this is the first time
Microsoft has ever initiated a patent lawsuit. Note, however, that this is
a hardware patent, not a software one. I won't be concerned unless they
start initiating software patent litigation.
