I've been working on a somewhat lengthy page of a subset of MySQL commands and I got to wondering if there was a record held for the 'longest page' on the net. I don't know if this is it but it has the domain name going for it:

http://www.worldslongestwebsite.com/

Some others...

http://www.angelfire.com/falcon/flamingchickens/abcd.html

(not to be confused with Snit's pirated dancing chickens)

This next one is BS, it didn't lock up my machine but I stopped it pretty quickly:

http://quizzes-online.com/longest_webpage_in_the_world/

Another bogus POS:

http://bloggerstop.net/2008/10/longest-webpage-on-internet.html

There's just no pride in one's work anymore, is there? LOL!

Looks like this category may still be open:

Carroll is focusing on making the longest web page... um, wow. That is the
most pathetic form of compensating I have ever heard. Maybe this explains
why his ex used to call him "Tater Tot".

Your poor reading comprehension got in your way again.

Maybe this explains why you really shouldn't mix meds and ask posters in usenet groups for 'advice' on dosage amounts ;)

Seems pretty clear-cut to me what you said here, and it is what you meant.

Yeah, I don't get it...unless there is not one shred of "charity" in his
reading of anyone else's text.

It's not that he doesn't see the forest for the trees, but he's zoomed
in on branches and leaves.

Are you funnin', or did he actually do this?

I could answer... but wouldn't you like to watch him deny (lie) it first? That's always fun ;)

He is making a long page and wanting to know if it is the longest one ever.
Ol' Tater Tot is compensating.

So you deny it, then?

I didn't think so ;)

Propriety suggests that I just mind my own damned business, but I'd be
fibbing if I didn't admit there was some part of me that wondered just
what kind of cocktails Usenet posters were having him try?

Ol' Tater Tot, as his ex-girlfriend apparently called him, posted about who
has the longest website. He spoke of his own being so long and clearly was
looking to find other longer ones.

Not challenging to figure out what he is compensating for.

Being that Snit has done all he can to garner public attention I'd say all bets are off. In any event, it's not so much what he mixed as it is the asking of dosage questions for any powerful prescription drug, a thing that should only be answered by an MD. In fact, some of this stuff is dangerous to stop taking immediately once you've started, you have to cut down slowly. IIRC there was at least one post where Snit mentioned stopping immediately. The point is that a usenet group is a silly place to get advice on these kinds of topics.

... only exists in your drug addled mind, just like this alleged "ex-girlfriend".

LOL! Your poor reading comprehension bit you again. I said I was "working on" a page; this is something I updated so I don't "own" it.

The thing is a whopping 4400 lines or so and still a bit of a mess as to the layout of certain portions but a line had to be drawn somewhere. In any event, it's much nicer now and even works on mobile. I'd put it up and show it but some COLA posters will undoubtedly complain about "copyright infringement", you know how that is ;)

> Not challenging to figure out what he is compensating for.

What meds are required and what are the dosages to 'figure it out'? LOL!

Were these drugs...

[ ] Anti-psychotic
[ ] Anti-depressant
[ ] Anti-anxiety
[ ] Mood Stabilizers
[ ] All of the above
[ ] Other

...?

Don't need the details, just interested in which psychotropic food
group(s) we're talking about.

Not sure of all of them, or how they are categorized, but here are some:

Lopressor
Trozodone
Cardizem
Prozac
Xanax
Paxil
Lexapro
Lorazepam
Oxazepam
Diazepam
Altivan

I should have added... to put things in perspective, a person in the anxiety ng Snit talked about his drug use in, once asked:

"What is a good and powerfull distraction for you ?"

Snit's reply?
"Usenet."

It would appear that trolling usenet helps Snit cope with his depression, anxiety, etc. by giving him a life he can't have otherwise. Why do I say this?

"I have lost jobs, been essentually house-bound, etc. Many others here have been in the same place." - Snit

Of course, if you were to ask Desk Rabbit (a COLA poster seen defending Snit in a thread *years* ago on a different ng) he'd probably claim that I've misread things. All those drugs and these kinds of statements... made by a person who trolled CSMA 24/7/365 for years on end... are just a "wild assumption" I've leapt to.
