percentage of vaccinations.

The state of Florida never had a mask mandate. Some cities and
counties required masks in public buildings for a while. Where I live
the county mandate went away in late March or early April 2021 and
right away there were more maskless people in the stores than face
diaperers. Even then, Florida fared as well or better with Covid than
mandated states and did way better economically and in the schools.
