Searchable PDF recreation of CP/M Plus User's Guide

Martin Maciaszek released a cleanly typeset, searchable, hyperlinked PDF recreation[1] of the CP/M Plus User's Guide, made from a scanned and OCRed copy of the original Digital Research manual. It comes as a version optimized for online reading and a print-ready one.

This is really nice and it wasn't until I saved it to my machine that I
realized that there is an even nicer version that has been retyped by
I think Peter J Naus. Unfortunately, I'm not sure where I found it
originally but have found a link to it here:
