Hello,
I'm trying to open an LBR file containing public domain software for an Osborne 1 from the First Osborne Group.
Can anyone point me to Windows software that can view and/or extract contents of .LBR files?

You may have to run it 2x, but it can unpack and uncompress almost anything.

You can copy NULU152, NSWEEP, and the other CP/M Utilities there and use them.
If you know what FOGxxx.LBR you want extracted, I can extract them and make\you a ZIP fie.
CXF.EXE also works good under DOSBox.
If RunCPM is at /home/larry/RunCPM/
then I can mount that subdirectory as Drive C:\ in DOSBox with:
$mount c ~/RunCPM/C/0

May be you should try it in TWO steps. Use "don't uncompress library
member" first. After you got again many .lbr, you should be able to
uncompress each resulting lbr again.
To get it done faster, use the "for" command in DOS, to process each
existing .lbr.

unpacking archive. To be found in the File Download of some mirror of the
CPM86 software repository.
