NEC 8" floppy power pin-out?

I recently acquired a pair of NEC FD1165-FQ half-height 8" floppy
drives. Unfortunately, I have no information about their power
requirements or power-connector pin-out.
Facing the rear of the drive, the power connector is in the lower
left corner. It is a 7-pin mini-Molex type connector (the same
as on modern 3.5" floppy drives, but with 7 pins instead of 4).
Has anyone else used these drives and have information about them?
