Bug in disable files fixed.
Filenames like /devices/pseudo/clone@0:le should parse correctly now.
New syntax ->! and +>! for links forces creation of links if blocked
by an existing link or file. Files get renamed, links get replaced.
The -E option enforces this globally.
The buggy ucblib eliminated for solaris.
Some configure bugs fixed for HPUX
Known bug for solaris 2: network configuration fails with bad address error.
I don't know why yet.
