Hopfield and Optimisation

Dear all,

I am a novice user of hopfield network. I am trying to understand (from
many journals and applications) the mapping of TSP-like constrained
optimisation problems into
hopfield energy function (both objective function and constraints) and how
the resulting energy function can me mathematically expanded to obtain the
conection weights and bias inputs.

Many journals have skip the explaination of
this process. Do anyone have any information (journals, online notes, books
etc.) regarding the demonstration of the mathematic working for the mapping
and expanding of the TSP-like energy function ?? your help are much
appreciated!
