Remedy IT has extended the available remote support contracts (RS)
types. We now provide four kind of contract options: RS_Incident,
RS_Year, RS_Month and RS_SLA.
The first three contract options are intended for bug fixing, small
functional enhancements and extensions and development support.
The fourth, new, contract option is called RS_SLA. It is intended for
projects that are using a specific ACE/TAO version (including the latest
x.2.0 release) and want to freeze that for a longer period of time.
RS_SLA includes by default version and patch management!
