MacPlay, the new Macintosh division of Interplay Productions, shipped
the game "Out of this World" for color Macintosh computers on January 5.
"Out of this World" (OOTW) is a polygon arcade-adventure game that will run in
multiple sized windows on any color Macintosh. OOTW received the first
"Platinum" award from the magazine Computer Game Review, and received many
rave reviews from the press and from comp.sys.mac.games.

Special to the Macintosh version is the ability to play in variable window
sizes, up to a 640 x 400 window. Since OOTW is a polygon game, the graphics
and rotoscoped animation still look great when scaled up to large window sizes.

A playable demo is available via anonymous ftp from sumex-aim.stanford.edu,
in the directory info-mac/demo. It works on any color Macintosh computer that
runs System 6.0.7 or later. If you don't use System 7, you'll also need the
"32-bit QuickDraw" INIT.
