Windows 2000 Networking Problem!

I am having trouble getting internet sharing working on my 2 windows 2000
machines.... on the main mahcine that has cable internet, and a static ip on
the house network card, i can see the other computer.... copy files to it,
ping it. but i cant do any of that from the other computer back to the
main.... any help? would it be cabling?

All the setting are right i think.....
