Macintosh Screen Capture as Quicktime Video

Does anyone know of software that will capture live action on your Mac
screen as a Quicktime movie? I want to be able to record a sequence in
Photoshop as a movie file and import it into a multimedia presentation.

Does anyone know a software (under Windows 95 preferred) that can
convert
.dat file (in VideoCD) back to the original .mpg file?
