Utility to load DOS TSR's into XMS?

*** I remember seeing a TSR manager advertised which allowed one to load
and unload TSRs at will, and in any order. At one time I tried to locate
it but never found it. I may try again, nowe that so many DOS programs are
on The Internet.

However, I can't remember if it used upper or extended memory, not do I
remember the name of it, right now. I'll see if I can locate the ad and
post here.
