Recently replaced a computer to our network installed the smartsuite from
lotus and it is now unable to read a file we are currently using.
The error is this...
couldn't open database because it is open in another language.
check that all PC's have the same language setting in the international
control panel.
I checked the control panel under regional settings it indicated the
language is indeed english.
I do not know if it's because the replacement computer is running win95
and the others are running nt4.0.
We recently plugged in a laptop running WinME and same problem occurs.
Server is running Novell and is used only for file sharing and print
queue.
Any help greatly appreciated

P.S If I copy the file to a local drive on the computer all is well.
