app to recognize cursive handwritten notes

Which app can recognize cursive handwritten notes and be able to
convert them(cursive notes) to text which can be edited/searched on a
regular computer?

Would Upad, penultimate do that?

or, would i need ritescript, myscript or some other OCR(optical
character recognition) app for it?

The notes would be taken using a Bamboo stylus

No. WritePad claims to do this, though.

Those don't run on iPad so they don't seem relevant.

It's already built in to IOS—as long as you're willing
to write them in Chinese. :-)
