Sometimes you run into a web site that wants you to select a file to
upload. I just want to double check that I'm not missing something
recent in iOS that makes this possible, right?
(like a lot of contact-us webforms have a place to add attachments, or
web boards want you to upload a image file/avatar)

If the laws of action and reaction had anything to do with it, it should
have flopped to the ground a few feet away. But no-one was listening to
them.

it may be browser dependent. do you have an example site?
