Is there someway I can buy an app from the apple store and give it to
another person who has an iPad as a gift?
I don't think you can download an app, copy it and pass it on to someone
due to copyright.

Nor can you use any of your "store credit" to gift anything. This
particular feature irritates me because I don't see why I can't use the
moeny in my account for any legitimate purchase I want -- I either paid
for it or received it as a gift card.

I nearly cried the other day when the dog from two doors down left a
free gift on my lawn. There really is value to free gifts, no matter
what the oxymoronics say.
