Do you know of a good ad free image-cartooning program for Android?

Based on info in another thread that piqued my interest, I downloaded &
tested about a dozen free image-cartooning programs for Android, the best
being these three so far (but the problem is that they all have ads!).

*Photo Lab* Picture Editor & Art, by Linerock Investments LTD
Free, with ads, rated 4.6, 100M+ installs, requires GSF
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=vsin.t16_funny_photo>

*ToonMe* cartoons from photos, by Linerock Investments LTD
Free, with ads, rated 4.4, 50M+ installs, requires GSF
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.vicman.toonmeapp>

*PhotoRoom Studio Photo Editor* by Artizans of Photo Video BG Editor App
Free, with ads, rated 4.7, 10M+ installs, requires GSF
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.photoroom.app>

While these three work, the goal always is free and ad free (and hopefully
GSF free) programs, where I had to delete some of the free ones as they
didn't "cartoonify" so much as "oil paint" or "watercolor", which is already
easy to do on Windows (using Fotosketcher, for example), so that's not
needed on Android.

What doesn't seem to exist on Windows for free (yet that I can find) is a
face cartoonify program that is as good as the "Linerock" ones above are.

What I'd like is the cartooning functionality of the three programs above,
but without the ads and without the GSF (if possible).

While I admit I've only tested these for an hour, that means there may very
well be far better cartoonify programs out there, which is why I'm asking.

The three apps above turn out to create surprisingly professional images,
but the results require post editing in my opinion (unless you screenshot).

Two of them mostly only work on faces, while the other works on anything.

The face cartooning is fantastically professional - surprisingly so.
But two of the three add a watermark to the edges of the finalized result.

The simple trick is to screenshot the results _before_ they watermark them.
(or edit out the watermark - see a separate thread on basic image editing)

One other very important detail is all three _require_ the Internet.
They don't require a login but they apparently do the processing online.

If that's OK with you, then you might want to try these three apps.
The results are extremely professional looking once you get the hang of it.

It's like the fast painters do with your portrait at the local county fair.

About the only features I'd want in addition is for the same cartooning
caricature functionality, but in an ad-free app (which I haven't found yet).

As always, I never assume that I know more than the combined users on this
newsgroup know as a whole, which is why I opened this thread to find better.

Do you know of a free ad-free automatic face cartooning caricature app?

Since I'm repopulating my phone after moving from Android 11 to Android 12,
I'm coming back to each of my test threads to find out which apps I liked.

Another one I forgot to put in the list in the op is this one:
*Voila* AI Artist Cartoon Photo by Wemagine.AI
free, +ads (really obnoxious), requires gsf, rated 4.6, 10M+ installs
<https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.wemagineai.voila>

It's kind of a pita to use, and the ads are horrific, but with a screenshot
you can get around some; yet it has the best 'tooning I've seen to date.
