For example, I have a highly organized Android phone desktop, where I have
~250 apps (rough count) well organized on a single desktop, with four other
Android phones organized with the same apps in the same place with the same
names (it's easy to change the names of the icon shortcuts).

Luckily, with the "nova free" launcher, you can lock the desktop such that
it takes a "long press" to unlock things (on the desktop).
Instantly, my accidental moves/deletes of the desktop icons stopped!
