What is your problem, specifically?
My guess is that you should enter the CMOS Setup utility (most
commonly pressing a key, such as Delete, at boot), choose hard
disk type 45 (IIRC), and enter the disk parameters (cylinders,
heads, sectors per track) as stated on the hard disk's cover.

What is your problem, specifically?
