Asking for colocation providers in New York (US) area

Hi

I am looking for colocation provider in New York (US) area. If you
have good experience with some provider I would like to hear about the
company. At the beginning my needs are quite moderate.

My needs are: 1U rack space, power, some static IP addresses,
transmission capacity.

PS. I am not sure is this good newsgroup to ask that question. If you
know some better
newsgroup please let me know.
