*LinkedIn.com*
There is group "sendmail" for sendmail administrators, developers
and advanced users:
http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/990347
Other group somehow related to sendmail at LinkedIn:
+ MIMEDefang (mimedefang.org milter)
*Xing.com*
There are two groups
+ sendmail - it seems to be sendmail.com oriented (commercial sendmail)
https://www.xing.com/net/sendmail/
+ "sendmail (org)" it is sendmail.org oriented (free sendmail)
https://www.xing.com/net/sendmail-org/
P.S.

You accept mail from social network sites?
dp
I register "free email accounts/addresses" (not under my control) at
soc-nets, the addresses I use in my usenets posts too.
*So far* I have seen to reason to block soc-nets at MTA level.
P.S.
I have seen one soc-net wanting registration/verification procedure
have been unwilling to follow (sending SMS to mobile/GSM phone).
