GnuPG plugin

I know it's out of topic here.

I download GnuPG plugin for MS outlook from
http://www3.gdata.de/gpg/download.html,
everything works fine, except I can't decrypt the
encrpyted email.

The email body I got like this:

When I tried to decrypt by click the "decrypt" button,
I got this error message:

"message neithed encrypted nor signed".

Any Idea?
