Quota problems

Hi,

I am having a problem since implementing disk quotas. If the e-mail
is addressed to multiple recipients, then the message is deferred, but
some of the recipients receive multiple copies of the message every
time the queue runs. Is there a way to create a hard bounce so that
this doesn't happen? Or better yet, strip the multiple recipient
header and only leave the person whose disk quota is exceeded? Am I
making any sense?
