Postmaster notification of incoming errors

Hi;
This is something that I have wanted for some time - to have sendmail send
a mail message to the postmaster when an incoming mail message bounces.
Currently, this is enabled for outgoing mail messages, so that I can help
advise users here when they encounter email problems, but I'm not informed
when people elsewhere are tring in vain to reach a user at this site.

I haven't come across anything in the documentation which tells how to do
this or even if it's possible (sendmail V8.6.12) but I may have missed
something.

Is this possible and how does one enable this?
