You have to decide what you want: reject the e-mail or accept it?
If you want to accept it, but redirect it, then you need to use
either some home-made rules (e.g., setting a header based on the
dnsbl lookups which is interpreted by problem or redirecting e-mail
based on that) or use procmail and let it perform the dnsbl lookups.
