I've been fighting with this for awhile and thought I'd see if any knews a
good answer.
Problem:
Server A = known to be working mail server (mail.domain).
Server B = problem server. The domains website is hosted here (ipalias
www.domain).
user@domain = user known to exist and work from locations other then Server
B. Mail from Server C (a 3th party) to user@domain works fine.
When I try to send mail from Server B to user@domain the mail is rejected
instantly. At no point does it try to send it off to Server A. Is it seeing
this domain as local (it isn't listed in `Cw`)? How do I fix this?

With what error message? It's rather difficult to guess....

echo '$=w' | sendmail -bt
...will show you all of the domains in class w. If this list doesn't include
everything it should, you should be able to add the additional domains to
local-host-names, sendmail.cw, or whatever.
