does anybody know any freeware program for to generate statistics with the
sendmail's logs files.

You have mailstats(1) which is coming with sendmail.

You may also try mreport. There is a URL somware near the bottom of
this page.

Use mrtg and mrtg-mail in the contrib lib.
or make youre own script that works with mrtg.
