ccMail & 1 Email Account

Does anyone know of a program that would allow multiable ccMail users to
send internet mail through one email account? I know about SMTP link, but
I'm trying to get around the static I.P.

If anyone knows of one, or has another idea please let me know!!

My other option is to write my own using winsock.ocx and vim.h.
