I'm running SUSE Linux 6. When I'm editing text using pico, I don't have
mouse support. This is even true if I start pico from within xterm with

pico -m

which, according to the manpages, should enable mouse support. Does
anyone know what's going wrong here?

Works for me. RedHat 6.2, pico 3.7.
I can set the cursor with the mouse
within the the existing text.

My point: More info on your setup!
Please describe "what does wrong".

PICO is easy to learn - but VI has the commands for powerful editing!
