mark-for-cc slows down Pine/IMAP mailboxes

I just thought I'd pass along a quick lesson: Recently, I was playing
around with the mark-for-cc feature in .pinerc and have had it
turned on for a week or two. I noticed that my INBOX and other IMAP
mailboxes seemed to be lagging lately (redrawing my list of messages,
toggling between messages, etc.). So I just unchecked the mark-for-cc box
and noticed an immediate and significant difference.

Perhaps this is already well known, but thought I'd share the knowledge.

At the moment it's tip #12. I'm not sure if I see a speed
improvement so I'm curious to hear what other people experience.
