I understand this may not be PM-related directly, but I'm not sure if
I've not set something up in Mercury or Outlook. Here's my query:

I'm trying to set up Outlook 2000 to use Mercury's IMAP4 module, and
it's working to an extent. However, I can't seem to delete my
messages. Whenever I hit delete, Outlook strikesthrough the message.
If I use PM to access the same mailbox (not using IMAP), the message
is still there, untouched, but marked as read.

Is there a reason why Outlook is not deleting the message from the
Mercury storage?

Thanks in advance for any response.

It's ok, I found out how to do it.

How did you do it?

I've been trying to figure it out for a while now.

I didn't -- that's what I found out I needed to do. However, I have
noticed that Outlook crashes a lot more often when using Mercury's
IMAP module. If I use Outlook Express, it has not crashed on me once.
However, since my work place uses Exchange Server, I have to set
Outlook onto Corporate settings, and therefore cannot use IMAP on
Outlook, that's why I'm currently using Outlook Express. Works fine,
though.
