I am using MercuryE in a win 2000 server environemnt, and everything seems
to be working fine except for the fact that mercury ignores mail placed in
the queue by pegasus. If I send a mail message from within mercury it
sends just fine, but if it is created by any pegasus users, it just sits in
the queue forever? Any idea what might be the problem here?

Thanks,

Darren

What do you mean by "sit in the queue"? What queue directory is this mail
actually sitting in?
If it is simply sitting in the user's mailbox (Pegasus Mail shows the queued
messages in the Review Queued Mail window), then that's the problem.
Mercury cannot grab queued mail from user mailboxes.

You need to use the Configuration -> Pegasus Mail... menu option within
Mercury/32 to configure a Mercury user-defined gateway (UDG) for Pegasus
Mail (you can further modify this UDG definition as desired via
PCONFIG.EXE). Also, make sure the Pegasus Mail clients do not have the
built-in SMTP functionality enabled (uncheck all options in the Sending/SMTP
tab of the Internet Options dialog).
