Does Microsoft have an e-mail address for user questions, in particular,
Excel? I'd prefer an address on Internet or Bitnet, but can access just
about any net with little trouble.

If you post your reply, could you also mail a copy to one of the
addresses below? I only get to Usenet when an urgent problem arises
(such as this) or when free time exists.

Thanks in advance.

Microsoft does not encourage customer support by EMAIL. Questions about
products should be directed first to your dealer and then to Microsoft Product
Support. The correct phone number is included in the documentation for the
product. There are special support programs for software developers; write to
Microsoft for details.

I know that writing EMAIL would be faster and more convenient for many people,
but it is much more difficult to deal with this type of communication than it
is over the phone.
