I'm looking for web-based mail viewer, that allows access to existing POP3
mail accounts and interaction with said account (reading messages, deleting
them, changing settings, etc).

I'm not looking for a whole web-based mail system. We have one, but, we're
looking for an interim measure before updating what we presently run
(Software.com's "Post Office" and sendmail).

It must do the following:
(1) Support the basic standards (POP3, IMAP, MIME)
(2) Be as stable as can be reasonably expected.
(3) Be compatible with Software.com's 'Postoffice', and Sendmail (if
necessary, one script for each system will work).
(4) ***Be free/open source/etc, for professional use.***

I work for a small ISP that's looking to offer a similar feature to what
other local ISP's offer -- the ability to browse and delete mail through a
web interface rather than downloading to an email account.

Any help would be appreciated :). I'm sorry if this is unclear...I'm tech
support, not a systems administrator :).

I've got a list but I haven't categorized which ones have which
features. See my site below.
