'badmailfrom' - a brief list of domains used/forged by spammers

Here's a brief list of domain names that I consider it worthwhile to
boycott, all are owned, used, or commonly forged by hardcore spammers and
TMK will never appear on valid email.
I've added domains only when they appear in many messages, though there
are times when I've added all the domains registered to a particularly
prolific spamhaus. It's interesting to note that so many of these sites
you can tell from the domain name that the owners are spammers.
The list is taken from the SMTP 'From' rather than hostnames and IP
addresses, and is suitable for use in QMail's 'badmailfrom' or a procmail
recipe utilizing fgrep. All entries are lowercase.
Many of the groups of domains could be replaced by single regexp's, for
example many spammers register both the .com and .net variations of their
name, or the sequentially numbered domains such as the ever popular sites
'inexchange1.net' through 'inexchange4.net'.
