IMO `pine` is badly designed.
Imagine that you need to walk 2 hours to the postbox.
And then you join a queue of 200 posters.
When you finally get to post, you'll:-
* want to have brought sufficient mails to justify the cost;
* no time to start editing while 200 people are waiting behind you!

If you mount a bus with 8 other passengers, you have your fare
READY?

There should be an OUTBOX which is sends all its contents.

WDYS?

No, Pine is designed perfectly. It was intended for running on a Unix
system, that had a separate mail transport system in place. It works
great at home, except for little grumblers who think the world should fit
their situation.

If you don't like the way Pine works, then choose one of a near infinite
number of other mailreaders. Or, add a transport layer between Pine and
your ISP. But dont' come whining to the rest of us about how you need
help setting it up, because you've whined too many times.
