retreiving all my email accounts

I have been trying to get all my emails from the different locations to
just one. But under outlook, it will only display outlook. The same for
hotmail, msn.com email, my own bobsmail.com, and any other service. I go
into the forms for adding other accounts and I keep getting host name
errors. I have tried a dozen different ways to list my accounts, but no
luck. And the different services HELP links do not work. So ,does anyone
have the correct form to use, format,or any good suggestions?

you probably are entering the other accounts' info incorrectly.
