I have heard that NetAddress (the email service of USA.Net) has a new
interface, although they haven't completely done away with their "old"
interface (version 3.1, that is) yet.

Apparently, if you want to use version 3.1 of their interface, you go to this
URL, http://classic.netaddress.com. However, if you want to use the newest
version of their interface, you go to *this* URL: http://new.netaddress.com.

My problem is, I can't seem to access my NetAddress account using the new
interface; only using version 3.1. Whenever I go to the "new NetAddress" web
site, and I attempt to login to my account, I keep getting an "Invalid
password or username" error message.

I can't understand why this would be the case. Do I have to somehow "upgrade"
to the new interface, before they will allow me to use it with my current
account? If so, how do I go about doing that? (Surely, it CAN'T be that they
would expect me to sign up for a new account, in order for me to use the new
interface, can it?)

I have tried writing to their "customer service" office (ser...@usa.net) to
ask them the same questions that I have asked above, but I have gotten no
response.

Can anyone in this newsgroup help me out on this?

Thanks in advance!
